Glickmania Booth - LA Comic Con 2024

Glickmania! was here in Booth #648 of the 2024 LA comic Con featuring all that is Stephen Kramer Glickman and signings by a number of famous individuals:

  • Phil LaMarr, an actor, voice actor, and comedian best known for his extremely large portfolio of voice roles with Cartoon Network including Samurai Jack. Static, the Earth Emperor in Avatar: The Last Airbender, Hermes from Futurama, Wilt from Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, and many others.

  • The cast of Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw, and Daniel Curtis Lee who have all won multiple Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards and currently host Ned’s Declassified Podcast Survival Guide.

  • Michaela Murphy who is best know as the voice of Toph Beifong in Avatar: The Last Airbender and Chaca in Kronk’s New Groove.

  • Stephen Kramer Glickman, host of the Night Time Show podcast and best known for his Role as Gustavo Rocque on Big Time Rush. He has had many other roles over the years, notably Pigeon Toady in Storks, Alvin Flang in Love on a Leash, and Ned in White Fang.

  • Plus Brianne Johnson and Cora Cormier who worked as crew for the booth

 

Cosplays - LA Comic con 2024

Taken in the photo booth area at the Glickmania Booth #648, a large number of impressive cosplays made their way into the convention showing off their creativity and ingenuity while sporting the looks of their favorite characters from the comic/anime/tv-show worlds.

 

Mandalorian Panel - LA Comic con 2024

Hosted on the Main Stage at La Comic Con 2024, Stephen Kramer Glickman interviewed actors Ming-Na Wen, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee about their roles and experiences on the Mandalorian (which streams on Disney+).

During this panel the Wen, Esposito, Swallow, and Sun-Hyung Lee discussed some of their favorite moments from the show. They also took a deep dive into their relationships with the characters they played and their appreciation for toys/collectibles made in their likeness.

 

Mainstage Interview - Tara Strong

Hosted on the Main Stage at La Comic Con 2024, Stephen Kramer Glickman interviewed actor Tara Strong. Tara Strong is a voice actress and comedian who is best known as Timmy Turner from The Fairly Odd Parents and Buttercup in The Powerpuff Girls. Strong's voice roles also include animated series such as The New Batman Adventures, Teen Titans, Teen Titans Go!, Rugrats, The Proud Family, Xiaolin Showdown, Ben 10, Chowder, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Unikitty!, and DC Super Hero Girls. Her IMDB page lists over 600 credited roles throughout her career.

 

Mainstage Interview - Kate Micucci

Hosted on the Main Stage at La Comic Con 2024, Stephen Kramer Glickman interviewed actor Kate Micucci. Kate Micucci is an actress, comedian, and musician best known for her roles as Stephanie Gooch in Scrubs and Lucy in The Big Bang Theory.

 

Mainstage Interview - Amy Jo Johnson

Hosted on the Main Stage at La Comic Con 2024, Mackenzie Green interviewed actor Amy Jo Johnson. Amy Jo Johnson is a comedian and actress best known for her roles as Kimberly Hart (the pink power ranger) on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Julie Emrick on Felicity, and Jules Callaghan on Flashpoint.

 

Moth and Dagger

In their own booth this year, Moth an Dagger is a tattoo booth advertising the company of the same name based in San Francisco, California. This year they offered high quality tattoos with several artists at LA Comic Con 2024.
